Norton Healthcare loves employee feedback. So a big hoorah went out when more than 9,000 employees completed the 2018 Safety and Engagement Pulse Survey, and our engagement rate again topped the national benchmark. In fact, our results have improved steadily for eight years and reflect progress in many areas. We have improved in nine of the 12 domains measured.

“Annual safety and engagement surveys provide insight into how we are delivering a positive Norton Experience and where we have room to improve,” said Deve Vetter, R.N., system associate vice president and patient safety officer.
